About Coulter Lake Guest Ranch
Hello, my name is Forest Keith, and together with my wife Kelly, we are the new owners and operators of Coulter Lake Guest Ranch as of June 2022. I am also the owner, operator, and head guide of Flat Tops Adventures LLC.
At Coulter Lake Guest Ranch, we offer a range of packages, from customized scenic wedding packages to special birthday parties and family reunion functions.
We cater to every level of riding experience.
There is no better way to experience the mountains than from the saddle, with options ranging from day trips to week-long progressive camping adventures.

Comfortable Cozy Cabins
Woodland - Studio w 1 x Queen, 1x Twin.
Hilltop - 2 bedrooms 1 x Queen in each, 1 x Twin in main room.
Lakeside - 2 bedrooms with 1 Queen in one, and 2 Twins in the other.
Forest Haven - 2 bedrooms with 1 Queen in one, 1 Queen and 2 Twins in the other.
Aspen - 3 bed 2 bath, 1st bdrm 1 Queen, 2nd bdrm 1 Queen and 1 Twin, 3rd bdrm 1 Queen and 2 Twins.
Brookview: Studio with 1 King.
All cabins have 1 bathroom except Aspen that has 2
